Spying is a complicated subject and
here are a few thoughts... If
you have the feeling that your partner is cheating but don't
know for sure, spying by looking at email, cell phone or
phone records certainly can give you the "evidence" that you
need to prove it. And can help you toward resolution.
But...spying can also become an
addiction in itself. If a person fears being cheated on and
becomes so consumed with jealousy that spying is a constant
activity, it's not healthy.
For some people, even though they
don't find any evidence of wrong-doing, they keep on
checking their partner's email and cell phone. It becomes an
addiction and they can't stop.
What it comes down to is this...
Spying can certainly help you prove
your point but if you're doing it and you're not getting
your evidence--and you still do it because you fear that if
you don't do it, you'll be broadsided--we invite you to
become conscious of your actions.
Become conscious of why you are taking
the action you are taking and if it's just your fear
talking--and no evidence shows up to support it, find a way
to stop doing it. Many people
have been hurt over and over and that's why they spy--so
they won't be caught unaware again.
But if you've been cheated on in the
past, you have to start learning how to separate out your
fears from the past with what's actually happening in your
present.
If you want to find out the truth
without hiring a private detective, here's a sure-fire way
to do it...
